Verification test (research and development): Commissioned project research of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Research Council "Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries biocycle research"

Treated wastewater: Concentration of digestive fluid which is after methane fermentation.(made into liquid fertilizer)  

 Bfore introduction: Used directly for agriculture, not be concentrated.

 After introduction: Concentrated liquid became one of the options as liquid fertilizer.  Low concentration recovery water is recycled in the plant as general service water.

Type: GEN Type 500 (Special type) 

Date: February, 2007

 Introduction background: Applied to one of biomass multilevel use. Special type is used because it is difficult to get optimal concentrated ratio stably by standard type.

Treated wastewater: Soluble cutting oil

Bfore introduction: Disposed total amount as industrial waste

After introduction: Recovery water is disposed to sewage

Type: GEN Type 25

Photovoltaic component manufacture

Treated wastewater: Wire saw waste liquid  for silicon cut

Bfore introduction: Dispose total amount as industrial waste 

After introduction: Unit washing water was reduced and flowed to drainage treatment. Solvent was recycled for processing waste slurry.

Type: GEN Type 600 (Special type)

Introduction effect: Reduction of the cast for industrial waste disposal

Paper bag manufacture (Printing /Bag-making )

Treated wastewater: Ink waste liquid / Glue waste liquid 

Bfore introduction: Dispose total amount as industrial waste

 After introduction: Recovery water is treated secondly and flowed to sewage. Residual waste is disposed as industrial waste.

Type: GEN Type 300 at the time of introduction, GEN Type 450 now.

Date: GEN Type 300(May, 2007)+  Type 150 added (My, 2008)

Introduction effect: Reduction of the cast for industrial waste disposal

Silica product manufacture

Category of industry: Silica product manufacture

Treated wastewater: R-123 alternate CFC and wastewater mixed with silica flour 

Bfore introduction: Existing distillation facility was used. (Recycling R-123 alternate CFC) 

After introduction: Realization of higher recovery rate and less recovery cost than existing distillation facility. 

Type: GEN 100 (Special type) 

Date: December, 2007

 Introduction effect: High concentration became possible, which used to be impossible with simple distillation facility.

Category of industry: Printed board manufacture 

Treated wastewater: Dry film resist separation wastewater

Bfore introduction: Dispose total amount as industrial waste

After introduction: Recovery water is flowed to integrated drainage treatment institution and only residual waste is disposed as industrial waste.     

Type: GEN Type 250 x 2 unit

Date: December, 2005 / December, 2006

Introduction effect: Reducing industrial waste by 85 percent. It used to cost a lot for waste disposal because  raw water includes much resin content.

Introduction effect: Reducing wastewater by 90 percent and rycycling recovery water as dilution water for raw soluble cutting oil.
