It is a new recovery system which could prevent a waste of expensive cleaning solvent.
The system collect solvent vapor and then separate/reuse its water after the vapor cooling down.
Solvent reduction rate will be different according to solvent and cleaning machine type, about 30%~80% recovery effect will be achieved.
Prior period adjustments and commission can be finished just within 1 or 2 days.

According to different usage pattern, system up can be achieved too.

Based on R&D and the actual delivery record of Freon dry cleaning machine in the recent 30 years, Take is developed as vapor recovery device in metal cleaning filed. According to the actual record of high level recovery rate, Take series is achieving low price and maintenance free with its compact model.

Solvent vapor suction system (utility model registered) of TAKE, can collect solvent of high concentration, low airflow, and easily be installed on solvent vapor generation source of various cleaning device. Especially automatic washing machine and manual washing machine as well, vapor suction system can be easily installed without impairing cleaning workability. Solvent recovery rate of TAKE is decided by collection rate and equipment efficiency, so design and installation of solvent suction duct is the most important subject.
